In this post: Suggestions to read this book for nothing more than a short dose of inspiration. Gilmore Girls fans will appreciate Graham's speech.

Introducing... Minute Memos! For books that are very short in content, I offer equally quick reviews and insights. Books considered Minute Memos may or may not include all the categories included in my usual Ramiah Reads When posts - book notes, food for thought, or questions to ask and answer, for example. These books are perfect if you want a quick primer within a category but you also want an accompanying review to help you learn if the work is worth your time. You will find Minute Memos denoted as "(MM)" in blog post titles.
Kicking off the Minute Memo category is In Conclusion, Don't Worry About It, a 64-page publication of a commencement speech given at Langley High School.

No. Notice that the 'no' is not followed by an exclamation point. This book is not bad but it also does not offer anything novel or practical (two criteria for good books on this blog) that would make the piece particularly good.
Graham takes readers through her best and worst times as an actress, including times she was a lead in a Broadway musical or, famously, Gilmore Girls, and other times when she could not land speaking roles. During these experiences, she learned various tokens of advice: realizing that she can fly when she stops worrying about pleasing others, the lows she experienced didn't last any longer than the highs do, etc.
Her lessons are cute, not necessarily thought-provoking or action-taking. It is a light enough read, but the time spent here could be put towards a less memoir-feeling lesson. Although there were some quotes worthy of an Insta or Pinterest post, you'll find the best of them below and can save yourself 64-pages.
Reviewers on Amazon described it best: a book perfect for your coffee table to look at occasionally.
